Help answer this question below.

I eat my home grown tomatoes with olive oil salt, and fresh ground pepper,is there a cheese that would go good on tomatoes served that way.

    feta cheese goes great with tomatoes and in light salads.

    I love tomatoes with Mozzerella cheese, oil & vinegar, salt & pepper. Hmmmm BRB...LOL

    pepper jack would be good if you want just a little pop otherwise i would stick with monterey Jack.

    feta cheese,calamata olives,roasted peppers (mancini brand is good). warm crusty bread and a cool drink. Maybe some thin sliced prociutto and melon.
