i just got my tongue pierced two days ago and my tongue is very yellowish is the back is this normal or should i take it out?

You're reading I got my tongue pierced 3 days ago and now my tongue has a white coating on it and a bump right beside my tongue ring on the top of my tongue. will it go away? and how can i get rid of the white coating and the bump? and how long will it take to go away?
