Help answer this question below.

Okay so i work really hard to make and upload this video onto youtube and they gave me three thumbnail choices, all of them are horrible!!!!!! they ruin the vid... is there any way i can pick my thumbnail?

    Sadly no. It's been like that since the beginning of youtube. You would think that during all of the upgrades and changes that youtube has gotten over the last few years it would have fixed this. I don't even think major networks can pick their thumbnails.
    One option that you may want to do is inserting a single frame (this frame would be your desired thumbnail) into the video. Here is a website that can calculate your videos length and tell your exactly where to put it. If you've ever wondered how they do it in Rick Rolls this is how
