I try them either way. I like the baked because it's less fattening for sure.
NEVER fry anything in olive oil. You destroy all the good of it. I usually make the meatballs, add a tbsp of water to the frying pan, cover and cook until one side is brown. Turn and get the other side done, and you're ready to use them.
bake they keep shape better.
