Yes, and it's much better than CitiKitty. CitiKitty is too flimsy. You get what you pay for.
The downside of using Litter Kwitter is that it forces your cat to learn in just 3 steps... and mine needed more.
I bought Aston's wonderful DVD "The Toilet Trained Cat" and it helped a lot.
