Just work or work with graphics?
For just some work, a random machine with atleast 2.0Ghz and 1Gb goes just fine.
For work with graphics, you gonna need even better machine. 2.4Ghz to 3.2Ghz, atleast 2Gb RAM and good nVidia graphics accelerator and big HD atleast 120Gb.
Most prefered brands are Lenovo and Aspire One, and ASUS.
And keep away from Vista.
a section on my laptop does not work properly, it does not respond its about a 3rd down for about an inch right accross the screen
