Water fasting for 10 dAYS only drink wtaer and exercise how much weight can bu lost?

    You could lose alot of weight. You could also lose your life. Don't be dumb :) Healthy diet and exercise. Water for ten days just isn't gonna cut it.

    Hmmm... i'm not sure that's exactly healthy. But you will probably lose a lot of weight. You know there are other ways to fast that are healthier. Under a doctor's care of course. There are juice fasts, soup fasts, etc. People do these for religious reasons all the time. I have a friend that does it ever three months (for dietary reasons). She claims it purges her system of impurities, etc. But the first three days are a nightmare for her. She's crabby, irritable, headaches, weak, etc. But after she gets a burst of energy and feels great. I have no idea why this is and I'm still not convinced it's all that healthy. But I suppose under a doctors care it would serve a purpose.

    Well if you die you'll lose all of it. If you don't, your body will go into survival mode and start piling on the fat as soon as you eat anything.
