You aren't really multi-tasking when you are multi-tasking. You are just switching your focus. I don't know many people that can do two things at once that require the use of the same brain region. Reading while figureing out a math problem. I mean Yeah, you can walk and chew bubble gum... but those use different parts of the brain.

Mary had a little lamb (3+3 = 6) tied it to the heater, (2+2=4), everytime it turned around (9X9=81), it burned it's little pe*#r, x/4*7=48......it's easy

Yeah, but you are focusing on the math... then you switch to reading. Read a novel while computing you checkbook at the same time. When you accomplish this let me know.

ok, I just finished. Balanced my checkbook while reading "gone with the wind". Fitting - somehow. Maybe you're the only one that can't do it?

Not me. I am a one task at a time woman. I was a terrible waitress and did not know why.

you can train your brain to stay calm and focused while multitasking and it gets better and better and easier and easier...
