Could you have knocked anything loose while you were changing it? Does it still have oil?
It could just be coincidence that it happened after you changed your oil. You will probably need to have the code read since you probably have an OBDII system. Several auto parts stores will read it for free.

You're reading I have a Honda Civic 1999 1.6i se. I changed the oil. Easy enough. 24 hours later there is a warning light on. I do not know what it means. Where can I find out what different warning lights are trying to tell me?
