the density of milk varies within the range of about 1027 to 1033 kg m(-3) at 20° C. Skimmed milk is more dense than whole milk (the fat has a lower specific gravity)and 1 gallon of fat free milk will be heavier than 1 gallon of whole milk. (although the difference is not going to be huge, and I doubt that you would notice the difference carrying a gallon of each)
Marginally less as they would posses a different viscosity !
