    neither I use PC tools Treat Fire and HijackThis both are free ware and don't hog resources.

    In a leading PC mag the first isn't even on the list of the leading 8 and the second came in at # 7 and only at fair as far as doing a job of security
    All 8 were tested as paid and free version

    In reading I find the ones I use still to be a good value for free, so I make up my own security suite as following:
    AVG 8.5
    Spybot 1.6
    Malwarebytes
    Glary Utilities (although that may change soon as I'm trying new software but will not pass on till I know for sure its test worthy, seem good so far)
    I have download instructions and step by step instructions for those who wish them
