Nope. Not according to the law, the courts who tried him, the jury that acquitted him, and all the celebs who said they liked him, and visited him many times MANY WITH their kids.

They did everything they could to convict him, and failed. Now, why did he pay off the first one? How long did the trial last for the second one? He was MUCH more popular then, and touring a LOT more. Think of the cost of canceling all those shows, the cost of the lawyers, the cost of the trial, etc. He probably got off VERY easy simply paying the blackmailers off. Why did the second one say he did? Sorry... This is opinion: I think they tried to blackmail him, too, and when he said, "no", they went to the cops.

Now... He's dead. This question has been asked and answered (sometimes with proof, sometimes not) numerous times here, both before and after he died. So, this question SEEMS to be only to keep MJ and his legal problems upper mind, or for some quick points.

We can't give you facts either way, to prove whether Michael Jackson was guilty or innocent. In my heart i believe he was innocent, but my head tells me otherwise.

There is no way of really knowing if MJ molested children or not. It sounds like he could be guilty. I say that because kids do not usually make up things as serious as being molested.

Conversely, it sounds like he could be innocent. I say that because a jury found him not guilty. The only thing worse then being a pedophile is to be falsely accused of being one. +5

Those kids (now adults) cannot take a lie detector test, because of the terms of the settlement agreement. They are forbidden from disclosing anything about the situation.

So the mystery will continue unless one of them wants to be sued by MJ's estate.

As a close personal friend of Michael, I know that never in his life had he even considered molesting children. He was a man unlike the norm. I know he loved children very much. He told me once that one of the things he enjoyed the most about letting children hang out with him was that he found joy and a sense of therapy in giving them the childhood that he never got to enjoy. Michael was a good man, strange but kind and loving. Michael would be one of the first to take action against child abuse. It is who he was.

He's DEAD. Leave it alone!!!!!

No he didn't.
And it's not for us to judge anyway because the only one's who know are the ones who lived with him.

two: if you like him so much, show him some respect & drop it. he's gone & whether he did or didn't is gone with him.

seeing people treat a human life like some type of spectator sport makes me want to scream. he was a human being. treat him like one.

Let me give you an example of what would happen if those kids took a lie detector test, much the same as anyone who takes a lie detector test.

They would be asked the question "Did MJ molest you?".
If they say no, but the machine says they're lying, most people would believe the machine.
But if they said yes, and the machine said they were lying, most people would believe the kids, because people like to believe the worst.
