My own, London.... although I imagine once I visit Edinburgh I will be ready to pack up and move there instead =)
The highest percentage of populace, and thus the most likely to attract any resident, is London.
i'd happily move the Edinburgh
I considered Douglas on the Isle of Man for the annual motorcycle race around the island, however that would probably not be sufficient.
So Winchester looks good as it was voted 2nd Best Place to live in the UK as shown here http://www.channel4.com/4homes/on-tv/best-and-worst/ and there are several Speedway Motorcycle track close by such as the Poole Pirates and Weymouth Wildcats. http://www.speedwaygb.com/
I do miss speedway racing since leaving southern California.
