I got a monthly plan on virgin mobile but i have no money in my account and i tried to go to my account it says Invalid Account Error: Sorry! Your account isnt valid. Does it mean i need money in order to be able to use my plan?

  I have a Virgin Mobile phone (LG Flare). Every time I attempt to access the Web, or use VirginXL, I get the message "Connection to server lost". I am currently roaming, and have heard that's the reason why that's happening. Is that true?
