Yes, even though I am completely left handed in every other way.
I suspect this is because when I was learning to use a computer at school, they didn't offer me any option but to use the mouse on the right, that is how the desks were set up.
Similarly, when I worked in a shop, the till was set up on the right so I had to type the numbers in with my right hand - just as you do on a kepboard. I found it extremely awkward and slow at first, and often tried to reach my left hand over, but in time - a year or two - it came to feel more comfortable than the left through practice.
