There are a lot of natural antivirals. Here are only a few: Teatree oil, Neem, propolis, astragalus, and sunlight.
Some of these are effective on only one type of virus; others work on all viruses, and of course it depends on how you apply the cure. Strong sunlight won't much work on a cold, but it will help to sterilize a surface.
