Can I tow a motorcycle(harley) behind my car with the front wheel only off the road and clamped to the bumper leaving the rear wheel on the road with tranny in neutral?

    Sure, but you'll wear out the rear tire a lot sooner. Why not just get a small trailer? They sell motorcycle-sized kits at Home Depot for like $125.

    Sure, but it might be safer to remove the final drive chain or belt.
