The biggest differences are:
1) The 1008HA is slimmer, but some of the ports are harder to get to than on the 1005HA
2) The 1005HA has better battery life
3) If the battery goes dead on a 1005HA, you can replace it yourself; the 1008HA is built-in and non-removable
4) The 1005HA has three USB ports; the 1008HA only has two.
Can I use my warranty on my brand new MacBook to exchange it for an iPad 2?
