err...no However anybody being stated as being the Father of a child should have the right to contest paternity. And we should find a way to reduce the cost. If we can get it down to a c-note that would be good. I think it's on average $300. Men have the right to ask.

Right, and tell all those expectant fathers, "Sorry, man, not your kid." Paternity should have to be proved before they start taking money from people, on a case by case basis.
