Has the appearance of contrails changed in the last few decades? Has the formula for jet fuel changed?

  We live too close to the ocean for the chemtrail crowd, whoever they are. Too much wind and too many educated and powerful people live around here.

• my 83-year-old father says that in his personal experience, the appearance of contrails HAS changed in the last few decades. (So moron to you.)
