fruits which consist of mostlt water (like grapes and watermelon)
bananas are the fattiest fruits...but i love them because they taste great :)
Blueberries, blackberries, & raspberries are great because they are low in sugar, high in fiber & are antioxidants.
Apples, cherries, pears, pineapple, bananas, mangoes, tangerines, and pomegranates are all very high in sugar, so try & stay away from them.
Fruits that are high in fibre and water content like pineapple, pears, apples, watermelon, pawpaw. Oranges are high in water but are also high in sugar so while they are good, limit them to one a day.
I think that really any fruit is good for a diet. Although i heard that pineapple is very good for weight loss! (It makes you have to use the bathroom a lot) You could try that! :) ++
