Hi im a 14 girl 130 Ibs. i just want to know a easy simple way to lose weight and flatten my tummy before the new school year starts. my goal is to weight 120 Ibs. please help!

    No matter what eating pattern seems to work for you, always include plenty of water. 64 ounces of water (8 glasses per day ) is typically advised. You didn't mention how tall you are. At 14 years old, many girls are about where they need to be with height and weight unless there has been a on-going weight control issue. if weight control has been a problem over the years then your parents likely addressed it or will with a doctor that handles weight control. Someone your age can usually flatten your tummy with any sort of exercise. Even jogging more than you may already do will help.

    Even if you once weighed 120 lbs, some people just gain weight the older they get, Especially when you are still growing up to adulthood.

    Before investing too much in any one persons opinion, try to determine with your parents what weight is suppose to be your weight. Exercise is always good with anybody healthy enough to do so.

    The easiest thing to do is get on the right diet. Drink 64oz of water (count water in food and milk and juice too). Get on a cardio program. What I wanted to train for is do a 400 meter lap as fast as you can. Practice everyday to beat your time. Get books to find techniques or ask a coach. Trust me focusing on beating a time is much more effective than looking at the scale everytime and seeing little progress. It is a slow progress but it is well worth it.

    Fourteen? You've just hit puberty so that means that you'll be getting some meat on yer bones!:) I say aerobics. Aerobics aerobics aerobics..all the way. Look it up...that excercise is completely natural...growing into your body is natural. Fight fire with fire!!
