I don't see anything wrong with calling him Dad that's who he is.
As a ordinary co-worker.
By his first name, just like any other co-worker.
My son and I are partners in a small business. He introduces me as his Dad but when we work a job together, he refers to me by my first name (Kenny) and I refer to him as Ken.
G'day Anonymous,
Thanks for your question.
Dad if its a family company or in a private conversation if that's what it is.
In a wider context, I would refer to him as your fellow workers do. If he is the boss, you should refer to him as such (assuming that is what your coworkers do). If he is a coworker, call him by his first name if that is what your colleagues do.
Regards
