Depends on what ails me...
Ibuprofen has strong anti-inflammatory agents in it, so I use that when I have muscle pains and what not.
Tylenol seems to be more effective versus colds and headaches.
And I use aspirin/aleve when the above 2 are not readily available.
Also, BC and Goody powders are extremely effective for headaches, so i've found.

Aleve, Asprin thins your blood and Tylenol kills your kidneys
Tylenol.
Ibuprofen only if there's no tylenol.

Coated Aspirin....Tylenol
Aleve and Ibuprofen can damage the kidneys....and by the time you have symptoms the damage is done - and irreversible.

I'm only supposed to take Tylenol; but the only one that works for me is Aleve.
