Sure... I have. It's easier than you might think. The reward at the end, is you'ld be mamzed how good things taste when you give up food additives like salt and sugar. Whatch a video on how processed white sugar is actually made... That is enough to make you want to never look at it again. It's discusting.

After what I've been through, I can give up almost anything but breathing and drinking water for a month.

I've had to give up sugar almost completely for the remainder of my life. I have diabetes.

Don't you need a certain amount of sugar (glucose) for cellular respiration? Or do you mean the generic sugars like fructose and the like? In either case, no, I would not be able to.

I dont eat a lot of sugar. But most food has a little bit of it. So if you're saying candy, soda, and super sugary snacks, then yes. But if you are saying completely cut sugar out, including foods with like 1-5mg of it, no.

Yes I can, but it is easier when I am fasting,after breaking my fast I do not want anything sweet.

Yes, I've already limited my intake drstically. Salt would be a different story altogether.
