  • The best way to exercise your neck would be to hold your head up the whole time when or if you do six minute abs, flutter kicks or when you go down each time on your situps. In the end, double chins reflect your overal weight and not just your neck/throat. Lose weight overal and your neck will slowly become smaller. If you are to exercise or to eat right, start with the mindset of staying that way. Change your lifestyle, not just your whims. It wasn't easy for me either. :)
  • Double chin = fat. Exercise is always agood idea.
