Help answer this question below.

I have acne and acne scars on my back, chest and shoulders is there any good home remedies or anything to remove this problem?

    Here is how my acne is taken care of:
    1. take a pin and poke the white-heads and black-heads. this opens them allowing you, or a family member, to squeeze out the infection.

    2. rub over acne areas with alcohol; it will burn as it soaks in. this kills any harmful bacteria.

    Lastly; wash your body,and face, with LAVA soap whenever you shower or take a bath. It can be bought at Wall-Mart and Tractor Supply CO. It's wrapped in bright red paper with the picture of a volcano.

    Once your body and face are nearly cleared; you'll still get a little acne now and then.

    Obagi It's not cheap, but it will soften the scars!
