I have so much acne on my face during ovulation

    hormones.. there is not much that u can do unless u get in birth control... mmmm also are u doing a skin care routine now? like cleansing toning exfoliating masking using an acne serum and mositurizing everyday? if not this is help.. and if u are not mositruizing you neeed to be.. you skin will creat excess oil if it feels dry but puttin on a moisturizer it will prevent ur skin from doing that.. also.. ORIGINS (skin care company) i used to work for makes great products. i recomment modren friction for the face a great exfloiant not only does it buff off the dead cells but the enzyme in it also helps speed up the ability to create new and healthy skin cells faster. also a product called spot remover it is created with 1% salasylic (spelling) acid.. that u use when you get a blemish you put it on and it will go inside and dry the area out b4 it developes into a bigger blamish.. hope some of this helps??????
