Firstly I do not condone the affair business, but something like that does have a way of coming back and biting you in the ass...
I think telling the truth is whats best. If he does not tell the truth and this child turns out to be his then how will he visit his child? Or will this child be shoved aside?
I think it is in the best interest of everyone to tell the truth, get that paternity test (it is only fair) and try to pick up the pieces of their lives.
After all because this man had an affair there are definitive problems in their marriage that they need to work on. If the wife does not know the truth fixing the mess as a whole will be difficult...
If I was one to sleep around, I'd certainly demand a paternity test: yes.
But I never have ... never will...
I'm getting a divorce and my wife says she doesn't want me to pay child supp jus to split costs with her. Is it her choice or the courts?
