Do they delete old accounts after a while? Find out and if so no worries, but if they do not I would change your email credentials among other things, your email can get any password for any site that you have used it with that has password recovery(Virtually all of them).
how do i know if something is coded inside my ram like a password or document?

Some Citi bank online accounts were hacked recently. Is there no 100% secure site? Can anything be hacked if you're knowledgeable enough?
