As soon as it starts to develop,take an ice cube and hold it on the sore for five minutes.The intense cold kills it off.This is better than any creams or lotions.
Soak a half a cotton ball in hydrogen peroxide and hold it against the sore for at least a minute a couple of times a day. This will help it stop hurting and start healing.
