I had to have both testicles removed when I was 25. I'm guaranteed sterile. Does that make any difference to women who wish to have sex with a guy who is sterile? I had the empty sac cut off too. I have no need or want for fake testicles.

  Yes, that's all I have. I even had my empty scrotum removed because I didn't want fakes.
  
  There is an upside. I can still have sex, can satisfy a woman, and I'm guaranteed sterile. The latter I truly like. Without testicles I can't produce sperm.

• i personally would really prefer that, i dont want to get pregnant and if your singel and looking for fun or dont have to wory about becoming an unexpected daddy anytime soon, and if you want children addoption from a teen who is pregnant is a pretty good option :)

  True. My wife knew I was in pain, and supported my wanthing them removed. She told my urologist that If she had to give up her sex life if I could no longer perform she would willingly do that just to see me comfortable. Before my surgery I was in bad enough pain I could't work. I had a stand up job.
  
  My empty scrotum never shrank, and both my wife and I thought it looked ridiculous. Two years after being nutted I had it removed. Now, I have little more bulge in my crotch, and when we came out of a rather cool swimming pool my wife said in jest that I looked like a girl down there.
  
  What can I say? I've lived half my life with only my penis between my legs and I'm still a capable sexual partner. I just wish the doctors had recognized the severity of the problem five years earlier. It would have made my life better, and I don't feel less male because I am castrated.
