What skills should a high school student work on if he/she wants to become a game artist/designer?

    Math, the arts, English lit. Physics, Philosophy and logic. Whatever computer classes you can get.

    Really, you need every class there is (even home economics ;)), but just learning all of them will not make you a game designer or artist. For that you must learn to put them together.
