I had to move the chairs and drive to a gas station to get a paper towel to clean the handle. It was like sending me a message that they didn't like my leaving my car there. I was in the public street and I didn't pull up onto the lawn - I couldn't have, the curb was too high there. Did they have a right to do this to my car? Should I report it to the police in that town or just forget it? I can't prove who did it (I assume it was the people in the house I where I parked).

You're reading I attended a time capsule opening today and parked my car on a public street about 4 blocks away from the venue. When I came back, someone had put chairs right in front and in the back of my car and spit on the door handle. (Continued in answers)
