If I thought it would do some good I would but if they do not read them now I doubt they would read them if I posted them myself.
Some people would pay no attention to the rules if they were beaten over the head with them. They are in a form of legalese but not that bad, just skimming them is sufficient and takes all of five minutes.
I would propose a modification to the rules, however. Classify the constant, annoying 'could I be pregnant?' posts as spam so they can be flagged and deleted. You know the type: "I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend three times without contraception and took the morning-after-pill 96 hours later, could I be pregnant?" Here's a little kindergarten biology: If you have unprotected sex, yes you can get pregnant. The pill is not 100% effective, the morning-after-pill is not 100% effective (particularly if you use it as they three-day-after-pill). Condoms do break. If you don't want to get pregnant don't be a promiscuous little twerp, simple enough. That goes for the men as well, you had your fun now pay for it, if you won't marry her now that you've done the deed, at least see that you make your child support payments. I don't want to hear how unfair it is because life is unfair and frankly I've no sympathy, if you're old enough to engage in sexual activity you're old enough to be held accountable for the consequences of your actions.
Sorry for the rant but I see those questions all the time and they are so absurd that it just drives me nuts.
The only thing I REALLY mind is when someone's answer to something like "Did you ever...?" is simply "No."
Why bother to read through questions and questions just to pick one out to say "No", and no one cares anyway? unless you tell a little story!
There's rules?! Crap! >.<
