Help answer this question below.
Sweetie, if this happens to you you go to the police right away, you hear me? If you can't do that, go to any adult OUTSIDE YOUR FAMILY that you can trust.
If you have a priest or pastor, scout leader, counselor or teacher they are specially trained to help kids like you, and they are OBLIGATED BY LAW TO HELP YOU.
It's difficult or impossible to tell your family directly, because they have an instinct to not believe you which is called "denial." It's like when a person dies and the adults go, "no, no, no!" They want to deny that something like this has happened. If it's a person who died, of course they have to accept it; but if it's their child who was molested, it is very hard for them to come around and accept it.
To answer your question, you will NOT BE TAKEN FROM YOUR PARENTS if your uncle did this. That would be impossible.
Please let us know what happens, we care about you. There are many people here who have been through this, including me.

Does the Louisiana law have stipulations against holding an employee's paycheck for not returning company property (i.e. keys, mobile phones, etc.)? If so, can you state where to locate this information?
