Pretty much impossible to say. I cannot 'see' into your mind so I have no idea how you experience things as compared to me. Like asking "What is it like to be a bat?".
We can do some experiments to try and resolve this a touch (e.g. looking at the physical construction of the brain and measuring the electro-chemical responses to certain stimuli) but the subjective experience of seeing blue (or qualia if you will) is a very difficult thing to resolve.
