I was married for 10 years, is my ex enitled to half of my pension? If so, how can I get out of it?

    Your ex is entitled to half of your social security after ten years, and you can't wheedle out of it even by death.

    If you owe half of your pension to your ex same thing, you can't even get out of it by dying.
