This is not my area. However, generally, to be safe, you should advise the volunteers of your intended usage on youtube. You might throw a sentence at the bottom giving you permission to use pictures, videos, for the purpose of creating a slideshow for youtube. Have then sign it. You also might have them acknowledge that you are not responsible for what third parties may do with your slideshow once posted. Good luck.

Shortly, cameras will decide who gets a ticket and who doesn't. If the sign says 55, at what speed should the camera spit out a ticket?
