Help answer this question below.

I have a no contact order put on me by the police station but it isnt filled out properly and my name is not on the top, does that make it a void contract?"

    Technically its possible, but does that make it right to stalk her? NO! They will just correct it and you'll still be in violation. Leave the poor woman alone!!!!!

    You're going to have to make up a good story once you get arrested for breaking your restraining order. "Oh judge, it didn't have my name on the top" probably won't cut it.
