Yes, My wife's best friend was born either a few minutes before midnight, or a few minutes after midnight. I am not sure which, and my wife is in bed, I can ask her tomorrow.. Well, I was off by about 45 minutes, she was born at 11:15PM, 45 minutes before midnight.
