Help answer this question below.

My father died in 2006 leaving my mother who has been disabled for decades. My brother has power of attorney and is the fiduciary of the family trust. He will not provide a copy of the trust, accounts and records which I am entitled to. What next?

    Consult an attorney. Just because he is fiduciary of your mother's estate/trust doesn't mean he can deny you access to your rights.
