I'm not sure about where you live but here in Ontario, Canada you start filing for divorce with your lawyer who can then subpoena your husband to the court proceedings. Which therefore you would still not be contacting him directly (more indirectly).
Either way, I would think that it is a very good idea to get some legal advise.

You're reading I would like to get a divorce from my husband however we have a no contact order. I also think he is in violation of his probation for not checking in.. I have no idea where he lives What can I do?
