  • You're joking, right? Pro-Anorexia Diet Plan under 400 calories a day? This is one of the worst questions I've ever seen on AB. "How can I kill myself really slowly, while agonizing all those around me who love me."
  • I drank slim fast because it offers all the vitamins and nutrients per daily value, and for dinner salmon and steamed rice with veggies.
  • 5'2" 127 lbs? you sound FINE to me! I like a little curvy. ;)
  • Try a lifestyle change like exercise and eating healthy. Try eating five small meals a day and no junk food. lots of water and good protein and you will start to lose weight quickly. There is no quick fix for temporarily losing weight due to unhealthy eating habits. "Oops I just ate a pizza and a dozen donuts. That's ok I can just take this pill and it will go away" doesn't happen. q:)
  • Have you heard of smash? it's like powdered mash potatoes and the last time I checked it was 106 cal per 180grams. If you put half in and add veg then you can have 4 meals a day and effectively stay under 400 cal. I wouldn't advise it but you won't listen so do what you want, it's your body right.
  • You can find a range of pro ana diets if you look in the right places on the internet. There are sites that list all the popular ones, but obviously they are very very low in calories and much less than 400 calories per day so it depends how low you are prepared to go. I am into pro ana diets (no matter what people say) and am doing one next week which is just short of 700 calories per week that you are meant to do for no more than two weeks at a time. After that I will switch to another, the 2468 one seems to be a popular choice to follow amongst us who so pro ana. Anyway you may have found one by now so if you did I hope it worked.
  • i am ana and the best diet for starters is breakfast:2glasses of cold water,an apple lunch:glass of juice,a healthy salad supper:green tea and a cup of water
  • For those of you who don't know, "Ana" is a euphemism/nickname given to anorexia. To answer the question: no, I don't. As far as I'm concerned there is no such thing as "good" anorexia, and I won't call it a diet either.
