There is in the UK - last I heard all eating, drinking, cell phone usage, and applying makeup was outlawed... but the USA is having a hard enough time with the cell phone thing without having to monitor every milkshake that leaves a McDonald's drive thru.
Not in the U.S. that I know of, but in England, yes.
Isn't there a law in Michigan that says that convicted felons can't be in schools where are kids are?

Where would a small claims court case be held? If somebody drags you into small claims court, and they are 300 miles away, where would the trial be held? I assume the pursuer (plaintiff) would go where the defendant is. Is that right?
