A largely useless thing that send you lo-res images to speed download times but doesn't do anything about Flash or Java.
They don't really make the 'net any faster, even on a 26.0K connection. Where I used to live, I couldn't even get 28.8k and yet the accelerators did not speed my surfing up one bit.
