    Yes. Either through extreme control, or having a purely mental orgasm. Remember, the mind is the most powerful sex organ.

    I only was told of this by circumcised men, and three of them said it´s really possible and it´s a pretty nice sensation. Anyway I think that if a man masturbate so often and/or have many intercourses in a short period of time, then he can mentalize a kind of acting to have pleasure, and he may have no more semen to expel at that time, so a different orgasm may be possible. I´m not affirming anything though, even if some preliminary erotic playing without a real act sequence may help that happen.

    Yes. It's called "seminal retention," and there is a book about it called "The Multi-Orgasmic Male."

    And my only proof of its existence is testimony that my boyfriend can orgasm without ejaculating - thus making him able to multiple-orgasm.

    If the tank is empty, there may be nothing to ejaculate. He could still orgasm, but nothing would come out if there is nothing in there.

    Yes. I taught myself to masturbate when I was about 4 years old. At the time I achieved orgasm without ejaculating. Very soon afterwards though I began ejaculating.

    Yes. Orgasm & ejaculation are separate bodily functions, and do not have to happen together. Many young boys have intense 'dry' orgasms before they reach puberty. I experienced my first orgasm when I was 5, and enjoyed thousands of very intense 'dry' orgasms before I reached puberty. After puberty, it is still possible. Some guys learn how to separate orgasm from ejaculation and have multiple orgasms without ejaculation.

    Every morning before I get up, I have an organism without ejaculating. And without needing an enormous amount of self control. However, if I haven't ejaculated for a long time, it doesn't work - a little sperm just gushes out into my belly button.
    I'm really surprised that some people think that it's impossible. but when I was younger the excitement was too intense to controle and I had to ejaculate. Maybe that's their reason.
    When I was a kid of about ten of eleven I never came when I had an organism, and it bothered me because my friends did. But my body was late to develop compared to most kids.
    By the way, I'm not circumcised as someone suggested, so that's not the reason
