High & long jumpers and those running a marathon would be better equipped for their events if they had long legs. People with long legs are usually tall.

Tidly winks, pinochle, throwing darts, hop scotch, eenie meenie miney moe, hide n seek, falling off a log, marbles, chess, painting ceilings, mopping floors, sticking pencils in their ears.. take your pick.. OH.. you meant TALL people.. short peeps do just as well in nearly all sports. It's just a made up thing that tall people are better athletes. I'm tall and sucked at basketball, but could hit a baseball with the best at one time and could catch almost anything that moved and that was even before i grew.. After I grew my talent seemed to sort of wain with time.

Just about any sport. The height, leverage, reach, etc. seem to be of benefit in almost any sport for a tall person.

I'm guessing you're talking about someone who is 6'4" or taller... I would say you would get the most out of your height advantage in water polo If you have a good build as well then sports like boxing as well...
