Question

Help answer this question below.

I'm moving into an apartment complex that said they don't allow pets My landlord bought the condo I would be renting from and said that it's no problem if I have pet birds. Is it really ok if the landlord who owns it says its ok but the building said no?

Yes it is ok. Your contract is with the owner of the condo.Any dispute about you bird if he says o.k. is between the condo owner and the association, not you! you have no duty to the association unless it is in your lease with your landlord. I really hope this helps. The Judge.
