You're reading I'm moving into an apartment complex that said they don't allow pets My landlord bought the condo I would be renting from and said that it's no problem if I have pet birds. Is it really ok if the landlord who owns it says its ok but the building said no?
Comments
thanks Judge Dreed. The lease under pets said that (and I'm paraphrasing) 'no pets are allowed unless given written consent by the land lord'. So as long as I got his written consent it should be alright.
Thank you so much for answering! I rented the apartment without asking and when I looked up the building it said no to pets. But in my head I'm going but the landlord "bought" the condo so shouldn't he have final say?.
Again thanks so much! ^_^
