If i would have the two computers networked would i be able to have internet on both? Would i be able to authorize the original iTunes to be able to move my TV shows to that iTunes to be able to play them and put them onto my iPod?

If you have file sharing enabled and use Internet Connection Sharing that is possible. The only drawback is that ICS has the tendency to split the available theoretical bandwidth between the hosts.

After you've ironed out what iv outlined above all you have to do now is to configure your iTunes.
